Technical Outside Sales
Hartfiel Automation is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and expand their presence in South Georgia. The role involves building relationships, identifying automation solutions, and driving sales growth through technical expertise.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow a defined territory by building relationships with decision-makers ranging from maintenance personnel to CEOs
Identify opportunities and present automation solutions that bring measurable value to customers
Drive sales growth through technical expertise, problem-solving, and persistence
Stay ahead of industry trends and learn new technologies to effectively position Hartfiel Automation’s solutions
Work collaboratively with our engineering and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to customer challenges
Confidently handle objections and negotiations while keeping long-term customer partnerships in mind
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of proven industrial/technical sales experience
Demonstrated success in growing sales territories and exceeding targets
Strong technical curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies
Ability to think outside the box to solve customer challenges with innovative solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical staff and executive-level decision makers
Resilient, confident, and not afraid of constructive confrontation when needed to move opportunities forward
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while being a strong team contributor
