This role supports alliance sales enablement by managing and updating sales content, coordinating account and relationship mapping, and assisting with joint customer targeting efforts. The role involves working across CRM systems and digital platforms to ensure data accuracy, maintain templates, and support reporting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a visual eye for content presentation are essential to streamline workflows and enhance field readiness

Required

1-2 years in sales operations, marketing support, alliance coordination within a corporate or professional services setting or similar roles

Strong coordination and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work across digital platforms
Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
Understand the importance of have a correct information management
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
Correct Information Security Management

Preferred

Familiarity with marketing processes
Comfort with CRM systems and reporting dashboards
Ability to identify outdated content and suggest improvements
