Epic Ambulatory Analyst (Healthy Planet\/Compass Rose)
Superlanet is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Epic Ambulatory Analyst with strong core Ambulatory build and support experience. The role involves leading and supporting Epic Ambulatory core build, configuration, and optimization, while ensuring data integrity and compliance across workflows.

Responsibilities
Lead and support Epic Ambulatory core build, configuration, and optimization, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into effective workflows
Support Healthy Planet and Compass Rose functionality, including population health initiatives, care coordination, and interoperability strategies
Ensure data integrity, HIPAA compliance, and secure data exchange across ambulatory and population health workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve Epic application issues across Ambulatory and supporting modules, escalating to Epic or internal technical teams as needed
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training to drive adoption and effective use of Epic Ambulatory and population health tools
Participate in system upgrades, releases, and optimization projects impacting Ambulatory and related modules
Provide on-call support as scheduled to address urgent system issues
Qualification
Required
Epic Ambulatory certification (required)
Experience supporting Healthy Planet and Compass Rose
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of Epic Ambulatory application build and support experience
Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and population health concepts
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience with Epic SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, and Clarity/Caboodle
Knowledge of quality reporting programs (e.g., CMS, HEDIS, ACO metrics)
Familiarity with payer integration, care management, and referral workflows
