The role involves leading the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor modules, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are delivered.

Responsibilities

Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) modules
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into functional solutions
Design, develop, and validate complex OTL Fast Formulas for time calculation, validation, and accrual scenarios
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for OTL components
Drive end-to-end implementation activities including CRPs, SIT, UAT, training, and production support
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration with Payroll, Absence Management, and other HCM modules
Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution during implementation and hypercare stages
Prepare functional documents, test scripts, use cases, and training materials
Guide junior consultants and serve as the primary functional lead for the OTL workstream
Ensure solution alignment with Oracle Cloud best practices and client business processes

Required

Minimum 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with a strong focus on Oracle Time & Labor
At least 4 full end-to-end Oracle Cloud OTL implementations as a Functional Lead
Hands-on experience writing and validating complex OTL Fast Formulas (Time Entry, Time Calculation, Time Validation)
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM integrations, Payroll, Absence Management, and time processing rules
Deep knowledge of time entry configurations, approval workflows, time layouts, and schedule setups
Experience managing CRPs, UAT cycles, training sessions, and go-live activities
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to start immediately

Preferred

Oracle Certification in HCM or OTL
Experience in multi-country or complex union/time rules environments
Prior consulting experience with large enterprise clients
