Manager, Inventory Control and Compliance
Kärcher is seeking a Manager for Inventory Control and Compliance to achieve and maintain high inventory accuracy across all locations. The role involves designing cycle count schedules, managing obsolete inventory, and analyzing demand patterns to align inventory with forecasts.

Responsibilities
Achieve and maintain inventory accuracy of 98.0%+ across all stocking locations through cycle counting programs, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
Design, execute, and continuously improve daily/weekly cycle count schedules, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliation processes
Proactively identify, manage, and dispose of obsolete, excess, and slow-moving inventory; establish obsolescence reserves and drive write-off, liquidation or RTV processes in collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams
Analyze demand patterns, collaborate with Planning and Production teams to align inventory with forecasts, and prevent overstock/stock-out conditions
Own all inventory-related KPIs (accuracy, shrinkage, turns, days-on-hand, obsolete %, fill rate, etc.) and present performance trends to senior leadership
Prepare and present weekly/monthly dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and cycle counting inventory results
Qualification
Required

7–10+ years in inventory control, receiving, and warehouse operations within distribution or e-commerce fulfillment
Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role leading teams
Proven track record of achieving and sustaining inventory accuracy goals and significant reductions in obsolete inventory and shrinkage
Hands-on experience with major WMS (Manhattan, HighJump, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, etc.) and ERP systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field strongly preferred
7+ years of progressive inventory control/warehouse experience may substitute for a Degree
SAP strongly preferred
