Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Configure, develop, and customize ICM Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs
Design and implement compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups, and incentive models
Develop integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules
Provide technical leadership to offshore/onsite teams and ensure smooth delivery
Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and performance tuning of ICM implementations
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, new features, and best practices
Prepare solution design documents, technical specifications, and user training material
Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements

Required

5+ years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 3+ years in Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Cloud
Strong understanding of sales performance management, incentive structures, and compensation rules
Hands-on experience in ICM configuration, plan setup, rollup hierarchy, transaction processing, and credit assignment
Experience in ICM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (ICM iPaaS)
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports
Ability to design scalable, high-performing ICM solutions
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred

Familiarity with Oracle CX Clouds is preferred
Oracle Cloud certification(s)
Experience with migration projects from on-premises Incentive Compensation to Oracle ICM Cloud
Knowledge of Redwood UX and Oracle's new UI components
