NetSuite is seeking an experienced people manager to lead a team of Adoption Managers within the Strategic Analytics & Adoption team. This role involves overseeing, leading, and developing the team to maximize customer and caregiver value while managing financials and operations for complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver core organizational initiatives and oversee the development of Adoption Managers
Manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects based on contract terms
Propose resolution strategies for project risks, escalating as appropriate
Analyze and report to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved
Drive increase in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and adoption through Adoption Consulting engagements
Create alignment with internal and external stakeholders using strong communication skills
Ensure financial targets are met

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in consulting
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in managing a team
Strong business acumen
Ability to manage financials, operations, and capital for complex projects

Ability to create alignment with internal and external stakeholders
