Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and manage key influencer and affiliate partnerships in the LATAM region

Execute localized campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive measurable trading volume

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, affiliates, and community leaders

Work with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Marketing, Legal) to ensure campaigns align with business objectives

Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and report insights to leadership

Stay up to date on crypto, fintech, and community trends to identify new partnership opportunities
