Represent clients in personal injury cases and manage all phases of litigation

Conduct legal research to support case strategies

Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints and motions

Develop trial strategies and prepare for trial proceedings

Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies

Manage case files and ensure all deadlines are met

Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about case progress

Review and analyze evidence to build strong cases for clients

Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations as necessary

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the process
