Responsibilities

Conducting thorough investigations to assess damage and determine liability

Evaluating coverage, collecting evidence, and preparing detailed documentation

Negotiating settlements with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and other involved parties

Managing reserves and making settlement decisions within assigned authority

Coordinating with vendors, engineers, legal counsel, and recovery specialists

Supporting subrogation efforts and responding to storm and catastrophe events

Providing exceptional customer service and serving as a resource for junior adjusters
