Responsibilities
Aggressively represent clients in a wide variety of industries while finding practical and creative solutions in distressed financial situations
Represent creditors in state and federal court proceedings involving commercial loans (collection and/or lender liability matters)
Work on loan workouts and commercial bankruptcy
Handle litigated matters in other areas of law as needed
Qualification
Required
Two to five years of experience in representing creditors
Experience with litigation, bankruptcy, receivership, and related insolvency proceedings
Strong academic credentials and analytical ability
Membership in the California State Bar
Preferred
Membership in the Washington or Oregon State Bar is a plus
Experience representing creditors in state and federal court proceedings involving commercial loans (collection and/or lender liability matters)
Experience in loan workouts and commercial bankruptcy
