Responsibilities
Perform site inspections and surveys of roofs, walls, and building exteriors to assess damage or deterioration
Oversee entire project lifecycle from design and drafting to estimating and project supervision
Collaborate with team members to prepare specifications and construction documents for bid
Willingness to learn and apply redline markups and construction specifications (1-hour assessment required)
Travel up to 50% of the time including occasional overnight stays (e.g., Green Bay)
Self-starter attitude with a Monday 7 AM team meeting and flexible end-of-day expectations
Comfortable working at heights; fear of heights is a disqualifier
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of how buildings are constructed, including masonry, windows, roofing, and wall systems
