Responsibilities

You will perform routine inspections and preventative upkeep across a wide range of building equipment

You will keep our HVAC systems running at their best through skilled repairs and proactive maintenance; coordinate with vendors when needed

You will troubleshoot and repair electrical components while staying fully compliant with all codes

You will assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems — pipes, fittings, fixtures, and more

You will diagnose and resolve everyday plumbing issues, from clogged drains to touch-free dispensers

You will spot issues early and take action before they become costly problems; coordinate with vendors when needed

You will support general facility maintenance to keep operations running smoothly

You will accurately log completed work and materials used

You will follow all safety policies and help champion a safety-first mindset

You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to keep our facilities in top shape
