Being knowledgeable of all the features and amenities, and daily programming of the resort
Utilizing the resort's property management system

Communicating all guest requests with appropriate departments
Assisting booking reservations as requested
Assisting the resort's concierge as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication skills

Enjoy guest interaction
Ability to anticipate and accommodate guest requests
Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to guests
