Responsibilities
Execution of the Internal Field Test Plan including Data Mobility, Call Processing, and Data Tput
Execution of tests using Qualcomm tools, primary log analysis for upper layers which includes registration procedures, RLF KPI Analysis, and Data Tput KPI analysis
Reporting issues on Internal QC system and work with R&D to get the complete fix/analysis for this issue
Testing requires candidate to be in the field for ~4-5 days per week executing the Field Test Plan
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering
1-2 years experience required
Knowledge for Qualcomm tools like QXDM, QPST, XCAL
KPI Analysis using tools like XCAP and QCAT
Comfortable in the field for majority of the time of the week executing test cases
Execution of the Internal Field Test Plan including Data Mobility, Call Processing, and Data Tput
Execution of tests using Qualcomm tools, primary log analysis for upper layers which includes registration procedures, RLF KPI Analysis, and Data Tput KPI analysis
Reporting issues on Internal QC system and work with R&D to get the complete fix/analysis for this issue
Testing requires candidate to be in the field for ~4-5 days per week executing the Field Test Plan
Team player with good communication skills to communicate with different groups within the company and also, if required, to work with carriers
Hands on experience with different testing tools and some basic knowledge for analysis
Basic knowledge for SIP call flow and Wireshark tool
Able to test in driving condition, and able to travel at any given moment
Preferred
Knowledge for Scripting language like Python and Perl
