Ackermann Group is a real estate development and property management company with a long history in the Midwest. They are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician 2 to provide excellent customer service through unit maintenance and make-readies at Britton Woods Apartments in Dublin, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Physical activities related to exterior grounds maintenance

Janitorial duties helping to preserve and maintain any aspect of the apartment community and its facilities

Pool water management if applicable

Working alone or with other maintenance personnel to perform unit make-ready process as well as intermediate level repairs (i.e. Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, HVAC & Painting)

Participating in move-in/out inspection process

General property maintenance as identified by supervisor

Participating in snow event preparation and removal

Responsible for responding to periodic after hours “emergency” maintenance requests

Participating in community and equipment related preventative maintenance tasks

Participating in inventory management of maintenance line items as needed

Taking responsibility for other work-related tasks as assigned by Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
