Avalign Technologies produces innovative medical devices and is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join their team. The role involves operating CNC mill turn machines, performing setups, maintenance, and inspection of medical instruments and implants.

Responsibilities

Operate various CNC mill turn machines independently

Perform machine setup activities

Independently perform daily machine preventative maintenance

Process required documentation (job traveler, I.P. sheets etc.)

Facilitate use of First Piece Log

Conduct tool changes

Conduct change-overs and tool size changes

Set tooling on all machine types within assigned zone

Required

2+ years of relevant experience operating a CNC machine

Advanced print reading knowledge

Advanced GD&T knowledge

Experience performing CNC setups

Able to work as a team

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

A quick learner who is always ready to gain depth of knowledge in manufacturing processes

A reliable individual who knows the importance of showing up when it counts

Someone who accepts assignments with an open, cooperative, positive and team-oriented approach

Someone who is able to plan and execute plans across teams

An effective communicator, both written and verbal
