As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will partner with enterprise customers in transportation and logistics to help them build and operate decarbonization programs while managing relationships and ensuring successful software deployments.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in aviation, shipping, and logistics
Build working relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations (Sustainability to Product teams); serve as their primary advisor
Master each customer's decarbonization program and objectives; direct their use of the Chooose platform to meet those targets
Lead complex software deployments of decarbonization programs (SAF, carbon offsets, removals) with support from Technical Implementation Manager and internal resources
Identify customer needs and expansion opportunities; qualify and advocate for these internally with structured product feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver program objectives on schedule
Balance commercial growth with Chooose's standards for high-integrity climate action
Improve processes across Technical Implementation, Customer Operations, and Customer Success
Stay current on carbon requirements and market trends affecting customers and target sectors

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited institution (hard sciences preferred)
5-10 years in SaaS implementations, enterprise project management, or business consulting
Strong presentation skills for technical and commercial discussions with external stakeholders
Self-directed problem solver who takes initiative
Flexible with work hours for global customer support
Available for frequent travel on short notice
Fluent English (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus
Must be based in one of the following states: Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, Montana, Illinois, Texas

Preferred

Experience with carbon markets, fuel markets, or carbon accounting
Technical capability with complex SaaS solutions; API integrations and enterprise software experience
