Responsibilities
You design, develop, and maintain backend services in PHP (Spryker/Symfony components), leveraging MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Docker
You ensure a high-quality, reliable, and performant codebase through testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices
You collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Frontend teams in an agile environment - contributing to planning, refinement, and delivery
You manage expectations with stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, risks, and progress
You investigate and resolve production issues, always prioritizing system stability and customer experience
Qualification
Required
You have strong expertise in PHP and hands-on experience with frameworks such as Symfony
You understand MySQL schema design and query optimization
You bring practical experience with Redis for caching and session management
You are confident working with Docker and containerized workflows
You have a solid grasp of distributed systems
Preferred
You have experience working with Spryker
You bring knowledge in payment integrations, fraud detection, or order management systems
