Responsibilities

You will initiate and take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively

Be a sparring partner for the C-Level for strategic and operational decisions and projects

Oversee management senior management meetings by preparing agendas, assigning action items, preparing decision proposals, and following up on execution

You will drive new projects and ventures (Zero to 1) with the C-Level

Required

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business / Economics (or a related field) with strong academic performance

You have excellent communication skills - you know your audience; this allows you to move things forward quickly and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

You have a proactive and independent working and learning attitude

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and prioritize efficiently

You come in with a ‘can-do' attitude: you approach new tasks & projects with an open mind and take challenges as opportunities

High proficiency in English and German
