As a GTM Engineer, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO and the Senior AE team, owning the systems and workflows that enhance the Go-To-Market strategy, making it efficient and scalable.

Responsibilities
Own our HubSpot, Clay & SmartReach outreach programs in tight alignment with our Senior AE (cold calls, sequencing, messaging, meeting booking)
Identify & leverage signals across tools and channels to maximize outbound relevance and conversion
Act as HubSpot Admin for YOYABA — continuously leveling up our CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, data hygiene, scoring models and automations
Analyze our sales process end-to-end and design systems that let AEs focus 100% on selling (automation, routing, enrichment, reporting)
Build cross-functional workflows that tie together Paid Social, Webinars, Email Marketing & Sales Outreach
Partner with Marketing to implement workflows for our webinar programs, email marketing automation, lead nurturing and tracking
Build reporting & dashboards that give leadership full visibility on funnel health, outbound performance, pipeline velocity, and revenue efficiency
Qualification
Required
Erste oder tiefere Erfahrung in B2B SaaS, Marketing Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops oder GTM Automationen
Du kennst CRM-Systeme (idealerweise HubSpot), Outreach-Tools und Datenplattformen
SQL/Python ein Plus
Du denkst in GTM-Mechaniken, liebst skalierbare Prozesse und hast Freude daran, Systeme zu bauen, die Teams schneller machen
Du verstehst CRM-Logiken, Automationen, Routing, Enrichment, Attribution und weißt, wie man Prozesse elegant löst
Du willst in einer High-Ownership-Umgebung wachsen und langfristig in eine Senior- oder Lead-GTM-Rolle hineinwachsen
Sehr gutes Englisch, Deutsch ein Plus
