The Regional Manager will oversee the greater Chicago region, supporting General Managers in operational areas such as facility bookings, customer satisfaction, and animal safety standards.

Coordinating repair and maintenance efforts

Qualification
Required
Love and passion for pets
Multi-unit management experience
Demonstrated ability to drive financial results, execute company direction and manage multiple, competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to recruit and build a diverse, high performing team that thrives in a service focused, collaborative environment
Great people skills: team-oriented, fast learner and personable
Superior communication skills, both written and oral
Enthusiasm to be an individual contributor as well as a leader
