The role requires flawless communication skills and problem-solving abilities to represent the business effectively and work closely with the sales and customer service teams.

Creating contact lists with potential customers details listed
Helping to form and improve a script which can be used to lead conversations with customers
Using communication techniques in order to improve sales and leads
Work towards sales targets
Answer questions or complaints from customers
Collate lists of any frequent complaints or questions from customers and pass these along to the relevant departments
Work with sales and product teams to stay up to date on new features of our products/services
Qualification
Required
Around 1 to 3 years of customer service or sales experience
Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus)
Basic knowledge of CRM
Fluency with office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience working with a wider sales team is a plus
Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
