Drafting and appearing for law and motion
Taking and defending depositions
Client reporting
Qualification
Required
CA Bar admitted attorney in good standing
A minimum of 5 years of litigation and/or labor & employment experience
Strong civil litigation knowledge
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsive, responsible, accountable
Strives to create and maintain healthy working relationships with co-workers and clients
CA Bar license (Required)
Preferred
Trial experience is a plus
