Enterprise Account Executive | PE-Backed EMS Software Sales
One Eighty Collective is a rapidly scaling healthcare SaaS company focused on enterprise software solutions in the emergency services industry. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business sales and manage the full sales cycle while establishing the enterprise sales function at the company.

Responsibilities
New business sales via outbound hunting and some inbound leads, targeting EMS agencies, hospitals, fire departments, and trauma centers
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, including named accounts
Developing strong relationships with decision-makers, including executives, administrators, and clinical staff
Consultative selling, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions
Attending conferences and industry events to network and generate new business
Staying ahead of the competition by understanding the software landscape, including how competitors position their offerings
Qualification
Required
Sales experience (ideally SaaS) in the EMS (emergency medical services) industry
Several years closing deals above $500k, ideally $1M+, with lengthy sales cycles (12 mo) and multiple decision-makers
Quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to travel for in-person meetings and industry events
