Responsibilities
Enable effective learning through shadowing the Billing and Starts teams
Perform all billing activities for Synergos Door + Trim (SDT)
Assist SDT GM with entering starts during onboarding and ramp-up
Support DSI's billing team as needed until fully proficient
Once trained and operating independently, assume full responsibility for billing across both DSI and SDT
Review accuracy of start data, pricing, and contract terms for all billed work
Maintain organized billing records and documentation
Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
Support accounting leadership with reports, reconciliations, and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or administrative support
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and databases
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and follow-through
Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training
Able to work in a team environment
Preferred
Construction industry experience a plus
