Responsibilities

Lead mission-critical projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements

Serve as a liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

Manage key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking

Oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and ensure compliance with data center standards and commissioning protocols

Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track

Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff

Represent Granger’s values of trust, integrity, and teamwork in all interactions
