Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility systems and controls
Accurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS
Execute reactive, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including emergency response
Promptly communicate critical updates to the Site Manager
Interpret manuals and work orders to perform required service tasks
Respond promptly to maintenance requests
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and collaborate effectively within a diverse team
Qualification
Required
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Valid Driver's License
1+ years' experience in equipment and maintenance operations
Ability to obtain airport security clearance
Availability to work day or night shift including weekends and holidays
Preferred
Experience in airport operations or facility maintenance
Plumbing/electrical background with 480V, 3-phase motors
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Working knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
Basic proficiency with computers and common software applications
