Responsibilities

Responsible for high quality entertainment content growth, creators' and agencies' growth, to bring more creativity and value to TikTok

Design and execute scalable growth strategies, on the basis of deeply understanding entertainment content ecosystem, creator and agencies' needs

Conduct research on content products and entertainment industries worldwide, to discover new opportunities

Collaborate closely with Product and Global Operation teams to drive our success

Required

Bachelor and above, use English as a working language

3 years + working experience in internet content platform companies, being insightful in content products worldwide

Working experience in the entertainment industry and working overseas is a plus

Good at thinking logically, able to understand complicated situations, define problems and develop approaches to achieve goals

Good at cross-cultural understanding, communication, coordination and pushing forward things, being result-oriented

Have empathy for users, being able to deeply understand creator's demands

Preferred

Proficiency in using Chinese as working language as the role will have some collaboration with local and global teams, including teams based in China where Chinese will be used in daily work
