Customer Service and Office Manager

As a Customer Service Manager and Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and professionalism while managing daily business operations and coordinating with technicians.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls in professional and courteous manner
Provide job estimates/quotes for services and close the sale on the phone or in person
Manage and enter all data into the point-of-sale system
Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
Schedule and communicate all jobs, callbacks, delays, and estimates with customers and service professionals
Educate customers about service verticals, upsell opportunities, and follow up for all services
Perform light marketing such as email and text blasts, outbound calls, and social media updates as needed
Make outbound service reminder phone calls to customers
Manage phone calls, emails, and office calendars
Assist owner in customer-facing and internal services of the business. Tasks may vary based on the seasonality
Qualification
Required
Experience in Administration, Sales, or Customer Service Representative roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Professional appearance and personality
Team player who can work independently
Preferred
Prior experience for a home service provider is a plus
