The e-Commerce Account Executive will be responsible for managing key accounts, negotiating terms, and analyzing performance to drive business growth in the online retail sector.

Responsibilities

Execution of commercial strategy managing our national E-com Key Accounts, B2C (market places) and B2B (online retailers)
Negotiation of commercial terms with our existing clients and new business partners
Analysis of relevant performance KPIs and client profitability
Implementation and result tracking of trade activation activities on the respective sales channels/ platforms
Listing of our new products and assortment analysis with our marketing team
Implementation of our brand strategies in collaboration with our communications team
Frequent exchange with our global E-com team in Germany to share results, learnings, and development of new strategic impulses

Required

You successfully completed business studies (or related field)
At least 4 years of relevant experience in online Sales/ Key Account Management, preferably related to fast moving consumer goods
Excellent analytical skills
Very good communication and negotiation skills
Hands on mentality and ability to work in a team
Fluent in English and Portuguese
