Start in 2026 SpringJR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support their recruiting team. The intern will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, as well as help with internship program activities and career fair logistics.

Responsibilities
Assist with full-cycle recruiting support, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Help maintain applicant tracking system data and ensure accuracy
Support career fair planning and coordination, including travel logistics and materials preparation
Contribute to internship program activities, such as onboarding and engagement events
Research and identify potential sourcing channels for talent pipelines
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Interest in recruiting and talent management
