Onboard Sinhala/Sinhalese Over-the-Phone (OPI) Interpreters to support prescheduled call volume
Handle Tier 1 calls (Customer Service and Social Services)
Take prescheduled calls as the main source of volume

Required

Experience handling Tier 1 calls (Customer Service and Social Services)
Availability to take prescheduled calls, which will be the main source of volume
Strong command of both Sinhala/Sinhalese and English
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred

Professional experience as a Medical and/or Legal Interpreter
