Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic imaging exams and procedures at a level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail
Complies with ALARA and all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care for the patient

Qualification

Radiology program completionIEMA ARRT licensedARRT registry completionCross-trained in CTCross-trained in MammographyBLS certification

Required

Completion of a formal Radiology program with associated certificate or degree
Licensed with IEMA ARRT (RU) registered or registry eligible
Must complete ARRT registry within 6 months of hire
American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification

Preferred

Completion of formal Radiology program with associate certificate or degree Cross-trained into CT or Mammography
