Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across front-end, back-end, and integrations
Contribute to and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential issues before release
Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to understand requirements and identify testing needs
Participate in regression testing, release validation, and bug triage processes
Help document test cases, workflows, and quality procedures
Support the team's quality metrics tracking and reporting efforts

Required

3+ years of QA or Software Engineering experience with a strong testing focus
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Jest, or similar)
Experience testing APIs and web applications
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing in automated deployment workflows
Familiarity with testing in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, etc.)
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Experience testing distributed systems or microservices architectures
Background in testing AI-powered products or complex integrations
