Responsibilities

Website Development, Maintenance & Updates: Development, manage and maintain all web properties, ensuring optimal uptime, performance, and security

Hands-On Development: Build, update, and troubleshoot pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar)

Integration Management: Configure and maintain integrations with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and other digital tools

Performance Optimization: Monitor site speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness; implement best practices for SEO and user experience

Security & Compliance: Manage backups, SSL certificates, and security protocols; ensure compliance with GDPR and accessibility standards

Content Management: Publish and update web content in collaboration with marketing, IT, operations and design teams

Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools to track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and recommend improvements

Cross-Time-Zone Collaboration: Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely updates and issue resolution

Project Support: Assist with website redesigns, migrations, and the rollout of new features or microsites, including a multi-lingual presence
