Responsibilities

Perform hands-on work with ADMS DERMS modules, and ability to provide recommendations and consulting on DERMS projects

Contribute to project planning, ensuring all technical dependencies in the assigned workstreams and overall project are accounted for

Collaborate with customers to understand operational needs and support planning, configuration, testing, implementation, and cutover phases for OT systems

Conduct system and acceptance testing with end customers to ensure functionality and compliance

Assist with solutioning to integrate third-party systems effectively

Troubleshoot complex issues and work with technical experts across various domains to resolve challenges

Travel to customer sites to deliver, test, and integrate systems directly with customers

Ensure delivered solutions meet contractual requirements and address any gaps through scope change agreements

Required

7-10 years of experience in an Application Engineering role or an equivalent combination of education and related experience

5+ years of experience with products from major SCADA/EMS/DMS providers such as GE, OSII/AspenTech, ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens, or similar

Proven experience supporting critical operational or information technology systems

Familiarity with Distribution and/or Transmission Control Center operations

Strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges

Technical expertise in networking, security, operating systems, virtual environments, and systems integration

Solid OT systems background with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across complex systems

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Willingness to travel, averaging 25%
