The Accountant/Bookkeeper will assist in various accounting and financial analysis projects within the Office of the CFO, contributing to management reporting, liquidity planning, and overall financial operations.

Responsibilities
Work in the Office of the CFO and assist with projects across accounting, bookkeeping, select financial analysis and planning
Prepare monthly / quarterly management reporting packages, KPI tracking and variance analysis
Assist with editing / updating legal documents, templating and tracking confidential information in Excel
Assist with liquidity management / planning, including credit facilities, payments and general accounts payable support
Manage bank account and corporate credit card operations in support of treasury team

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
High energy self-starter with ability to work hard, prioritize and manage various deadlines in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels
Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with the highest attention to detail
Experience working with confidential matters
Preferred
Prior family office, finance or accounting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required (finance/accounting focus preferred)
