Bulk Receiver 2nd Shift
HP Hood is one of the largest and most trusted food and beverage manufacturers in the United States, and they are seeking a Bulk Receiver for their 2nd shift operations. The role involves receiving and cleaning bulk tankers, maintaining standards in the receiving bay, and supporting the mix operation while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities
Become a qualified yard tractor driver and properly move tankers in and out of the receiving bays as needed
Maintain standards in a Grade A receiving bay as required by the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO)
Follow all receiving procedures for each product, including the proper verification and documentation of every load
Assemble and disassemble storage tanks and lines for CIP
Perform environmental cleaning activities including floors, walls, pipes, drains, and any other surface, etc
Support local Food Defense programs by reporting any suspicious loads or activities to the quality assurance team and management
Provide support to mix operation
Produce a quality product that complies with all HP Hood, State and Federal guidelines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and demonstrate safe work practices at all times
Follow GMP and SQF guidelines
Follow all company, state and federal guidelines in accordance with SOP’s and GMP standards
Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team and display a positive attitude

Knowledge of yard tractor operation
Valid Drivers License Required
Excellent driving skills with hand/foot/eye coordination and manual dexterity
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work independently, or within a group atmosphere
Good organizational and time management skills
Standing: 6-8 hours
Sitting: Occasionally for short periods
Walking: 6-8 hours
