Responsibilities

Optimizing and conducting chemical reactions involving biological mineral processing

Monitoring reactions and analyzing both solid and liquid products using analytical instruments such as XRF, LIBS, ICP, XRD, FTIR, and SEM-EDX

Managing assigned projects, including formulation assessments, stability studies, and preparing reports, test specifications, and batch records

Taking ownership of project tasks, assessing risks, making sound decisions, and consulting with the project team as needed

Developing expertise in specialized technical areas and supporting equipment qualification, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical systems

Compiling and analyzing laboratory data, and presenting findings in team meetings to discuss project progress

Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot experimental challenges and propose solutions

Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized lab environment
