Responsibilities
Ability to multi-task
Ability to understand measurements and fractions
Operate a forklift/pallet jack to move materials in the warehouse
Ability to recognize and visually differentiate colors
Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to prioritize work and minimize production downtime
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Mechanically inclined, good with hands
Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team Player
Ability to lift, move, load and unload rolls of paper and board substrates into the machines
Keep work areas neat, clean and keep materials and tools organized
Work overtime as needed
Keep accurate count of work in progress
Flexible work schedule. e.g. mandatory shifts can change from 8hrs-10hrs
Ability to work independently and without supervision
Ability to work over-time, weekends, and various shifts. Ability to work with constant exposure to printing inks/chemicals and constant or intermittent sounds
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50+ lbs
Involves sitting, walking or standing for periods of time as well as climbing, balancing, and stooping
