Managing complex litigation

Counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more

Assisting in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes

Minimizing risk through proactive counseling

Representing the company in high-stakes legal proceedings

Forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators

Ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad

Qualification

Required

JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases

Strong academic and professional background

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
