Responsibilities

Conduct online and phone research to discover contact details to share with the sales team

Collect and compile contact information for assigned cannabis business leads

Help with licensing and other administrative work as needed in Revenue

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the collected data

Maintain detailed and accurate notes on all interactions with leads

Update CRM or lead management systems regularly to reflect the latest status and information

Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to help improve lead conversion strategies

Track key performance metrics related to lead generation and appointment setting

Report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and suggest improvements

Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions

Ensure all lead generation activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Additional tasks may be incorporated into your daily workflow to support the broader needs of the organization, including those related to other verticals or markets the company is targeting
