Responsibilities

Analyze current state processes and recommend future-state optimizations
Collaborate closely with technical teams for solution development and business teams for execution
Manage and prioritize requirements using JIRA and Microsoft tools
Support Order-to-Cash workflows with strong CPQ expertise
Document functional specifications and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Qualification

Order-to-Cash CPQJIRAMicrosoft toolsStakeholder managementWorkday integrationCommunication skills

Required

Strong Order-to-Cash CPQ experience (critical requirement)
Proficient in JIRA and Microsoft tools
Proven ability to deliver multiple projects (Sr. Level)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Workday integration experience (highly preferred)
Familiarity with metering and usage delay concepts
