Responsibilities

Maintain and investigate our Public Coverage Universe. We actively rate thousands of public international companies on an ongoing basis. You will work with the Refinitiv (formerly Thomson Reuters) feed and other sources to ensure this universe is robust and current. This includes reviewing new ratings daily and responding to client inquiries to expand or adjust our ratings universe

Company Identification. Review supplier lists from clients and prospects to help identify ownership structure and update master portfolios accordingly

Assist with reporting and analysis requests. Examples include daily productivity, bespoke client data and reports, biweekly business reviews, and monthly financial allocation reconciliation

Efficiency projects and automation. As needed, you will partner with OPE members to streamline workflows and reduce pain points within them. You will input on solutions using a variety of techniques, often involving writing code

Required

Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a collaborative and analytical mindset

Knowledge of financial statements and business concepts

High comfort with Excel advanced functions (for example, lookups and fuzzy matching)

Experience writing SQL queries and exposure to Python coding, Tableau/QuickSight, and AI technology

Prior internship or paid work experience in a professional setting

Interest in both technical and operations process improvement in a role

Bachelor's Degree required

This position may require 3-5 hours of paid weekly overtime during peak volumes
