Responsibilities

Executes on quality assurance testing scripts, test plans, and defect management for software products and releases that impact the organization's business services and operations as assigned

Creates, maintains, and provides all necessary documentation on testing validation, bugs and quality assurance reviews

Executes on effective and efficient testing scenarios and uses testing tools or works with third parties as needed

Upholds all Standard Operating Procedures as outlined in policy, procedures, and standards

Analyzes and occasionally collects the business and functional requirements from all levels of the organization, and then transferring that knowledge into accurate and inclusive testing cases

Provides judgment, advice, recommendations, and best practices on systems to help senior management make informed decisions that impact peers and employees at all levels of the organization

Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date
