New Grad, Entry LevelServingSchools is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Gifted and Talented Teacher to join their team at Mountain Valley Middle School. This position involves developing and implementing enrichment plans for advanced learners while collaborating with classroom teachers and monitoring student progress.
Education
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized and group enrichment plans for identified students
Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to integrate gifted education strategies
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction to meet their needs
Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders regarding student growth
Qualification
Required
Maine DOE certification for Gifted and Talented (690) or eligibility to obtain certification
Strong understanding of gifted education pedagogy and curriculum differentiation
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Benefits
