Responsibilities

Partner with site manufacturing and operations teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Lead the implementation and improvement of ERP modules related to production, inventory, and quality
Support automation tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI) for reporting and process improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for operational efficiency and digital transformation
Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers or vendors for delivery
Conduct system testing, training, and documentation for users
Apply project management methodologies to manage initiatives from conception to completion
Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for site-level business systems

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing or operations environment
Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Experience with automation tools, data visualization, and Power BI
Proven ability to detail business processes and translate them into technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaborator management skills
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies is a plus
Familiarity with project management practices (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Preferred

Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Industrial Manufacturing environments
Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile methodologies
Exposure to MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or automation technologies (e.g., PLC integration), or equivalent experience
