Responsibilities

Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Analyze financial data for management reporting
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with external audits and regulatory filings
Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS
Review and improve accounting processes
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Collaborate with other departments on financial matters

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Effective communication and leadership skills

Preferred

Experience with ERP system implementation
Exposure to tax compliance, payroll, and cost accounting
Knowledge of financial analysis and business performance metrics
