Responsibilities

Take full ownership of end to end project delivery across design, construction and CQV
Representing the client and ensuring all teams, vendors and partners are aligned and performing
Drive scope, schedule, budget and vendor management
Act as the central point of coordination across engineering, construction, quality and operations

Required

Technical degree in engineering or construction
Strong GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing project experience
Proven end to end project management of capital projects
Background as an Owner's Rep or experience representing a pharma client (directly or a 3rd party provider)
Experience managing design firms, GCs, CMs, vendors and equipment suppliers
Ability to run multiple projects, ideally with a total value of $10M+ (could be one project of the same value)
Excellent communication skills and a servant leadership style
Comfortable being onsite during execution phases
6+ years relevant experience as a PM
